Château de La Tortinière revisited

The beautiful castle is 15 kilometers from Tour to the south. It is known for its fairy-tale entrance through flowers and trees. My wife and I planned to organize our wedding ceremony in this castle situated in the heart of Loire Valley in Central France. We were very excited to be able to reserve this venue for October 1st, 2020.

But unfortunately, the invited relatives and friends could not come due to the unexpected pandemic of Covid-19 and lockdowns in 2020. As a solution, the owner of the castle offered us one week of honeymoon suite in the castle.

A bit of disappointment but … C’est la vie.

This place is truly beautiful though.
